All Priority Property villas feature CD Player, Radio, Tape Deck, Cable TV, VCR, Telephone, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Beach Towels & Cooler, Beach Chairs, Linens and Towels.

Prices do not include taxes.
Check Out Time: 10 A.M.
Check In Time: 4 P.M.

Reservations: A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Final balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, written notice must be received. Cancellations must be received 60 days prior to arrival date for full refund of deposit less a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival date, all monies will be forfeited. Cancellations on Christmas and long-term rentals, deposit is non-refundable unless specific time period can be filled less a $100 administration fee. There will be no refund for late arrivals or early departures.
Payments: Checks are accepted.
Maid Service: Maid Service is available.
Arrival: If you advise us of your arrival time and port of entry we will arrange for you to be met in Virgin Gorda. If you require a jeep please inform us and we will reserve one for you.
